Hays moved into the new residence of Miss Cole (previously at 30 Kirby Street) in 1800. This address also appears in the Charlotte Smith letter of 26 July 1800, with a final reference appearing in a letter from May 1803, about the time Hays moved to 9 St. George's Place, Camberwell.
